- Employment Agencies Act: DPL operates under the UK Conduct Regulations and supplies labour in line with CISRS, CCNSG, and site-specific frameworks.
- Insurance cover: £10m Employers’ Liability and £10m Public Liability, underwritten by a UK A+ rated carrier.
- HSE & safety partners: Rope rescue, confined-space standby, and gas monitoring partners are audited quarterly.
- Tax & payroll: PAYE and CIS payroll is processed through HMRC-recognised software with RTI submissions.
